Ok, here's where we can be braggadocios.
Since talent is our product, we'd like to blow our horn in this section.
We've scoured the entire planet (actually a lot of Florida and Arkansas) to bring
together a great cast of professionals to perform both small and big miracles for our
clients on a daily basis. We've pursued and obtained the very best for one reason;
because our clients deserve nothing less.
A self-described risk-taker in both her professional and personal life, Sheri Caldwell
is the fearless leader of this great cast of characters, managing all business for the
organization. Before starting CM&M, she spent her nineteen years of business experience
in marketing and advertising for various corporations and agencies including Universal
Studios Florida, The Golf Channel, and RY&P Advertising. Not a huge fan of cold weather,
Sheri is still questioning why she took up snowboarding in her mid-thirties.
Carpenter. Single mom. Animal lover. Vegetarian. Wordsmith. Her last 20 working years
have been spent writing, editing and proofreading technical manuals, news stories,
promotional documents — and one book — in the publishing and healthcare
industries. In 1999, she added web writing to her list of career accomplishments.
Constantly seeking new adventures, this self-proclaimed explorer spent most of his years in countries which very few even know exist. Having assimilated into numerous cultures in his travels, Tim brings a rare skill set of global marketing exposure and international ideas to our diverse team. After years of being chased by wild animals and indigenous tribesmen, Tim is ecstatic to have found a place to settle down and pursue his professional aspirations as a Project Manager here at Caldwell. As an integral pillar of our team, he is persistently helping others find their inner peace during times of stress, striving for the title of Zen-Master de Caldwell. When he’s not out playing Indiana Jones, he enjoys the calm of the Florida lifestyle and being a single father to his Min Pin son, Tyson. Woof!
Avid Toronto Raptors fan, part-time drummer, movie buff, music lover. Marielle hails from Toronto, Canada, gladly trading in her winter gear for t-shirts and shorts. She is excited to gain advertising and administrative experience with Caldwell Marketing & Media. Prior to joining Caldwell, she worked in media buying and sales administration with two major Canadian companies. A calm presence amidst the storm, she has that ability to remember the little details that often get overlooked in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. A risk taker and adventurer, she has already done a bungee jump and is aiming to make her skydiving dream become a reality. Got deadlines and paperwork? She is pumped and ready to go!
As a central figure in Caldwell's job process, our project manager is responsible for the evolution
of each job we take on. Christine takes the project from its initial concept stages and brings
it to fruition with the help of our talented artists, dedicated vendors and valuable clients.
Before Caldwell, Christine lived in Miami for 13 years and worked for two of the largest advertising
agencies in the southeast as well as the south’s most respectable newspaper, The Miami Herald - all
as a senior account manager. She is enjoying Orlando as the lesser of the two rat races and
especially Caldwell for its fine people and fun atmosphere! Coffee? Tea? New marketing kit
with a side of brochures?
Sarah and her husband moved to Orlando in 2006 from the Midwest. After living in Wisconsin her entire life, she is extremely happy with Florida’s tropical climate! It gives her more time during the year to do some of her favorite things such as sand volleyball, tennis, relaxing on the beach...and driving around town in her convertible! As huge movie fans, she and her husband are currently making their way through the “AFI Top 100 Must-See Films.” Although Sarah is one of the newest members to the Caldwell team, she is not new to advertising or recruiting industry. Her passion for the industry, strong attention to detail, on-target project delivery and a commitment to our clients’ success and happiness, are just some of the qualities that make Sarah a “recruiting ace!”
Highly caffeinated creative director and mini-boss, Tina traded in a glamorous life of
designing molecules to pursue graphic design when she discovered that a mere chemistry
degree did not bestow upon her the power to turn ordinary objects into gold. With dreams
of a Nobel prize now an illusion, she began a modest but equally noble quest to rid the
universe of Comic Sans and assist corporations in leveling-up their marketing and
branding efforts. Tina regularly conducts personal experiments in sleep deprivation
and coffee consumption, helping her to maintain that constant state of edgy alertness
and creativity that clients have grown to love.
Meet Nicci Fry. You can call her Small, Fish, Stir or Daddy but you can’t call
her at all unless you want some darn good creative ideas to get your company
strategic exposure. With over 15 years of experience in sales and brand marketing,
promotions, and media with nationally known companies like The Golf Channel, Prudential,
and RE/MAX, Nicci knows how to take a great idea and run with it! And when she’s
not running a campaign, she’s running in her neighborhood to keep those ideas flowing.
Want to brainstorm a promotion? Then lace up your kicks and let’s go!
Alabama Crimson Tide…Troy University Trojans…horseracing…historical places. These are a few of her favorite things. Add the ability to write on a variety of topics at the drop of a hat, and you’ve got yourself a fun and imaginative copywriter. A true Alabamian, she enjoys living in Orlando but considers I-4 to be the Bermuda Triangle of Florida. Prior to joining Caldwell, she spent six years with B.A.S.S./ESPN Outdoors writing about the finer points of competitive bass fishing. In her past life, she was an advertising firm copywriter and can probably tell you more than you want to know about copper tubing manufacturing. Need a catchy headline? A new brochure? Anything involving words? Where there’s copy to be written and edited, you’ll find Jennifer!
Sports fan, Vegas lover, sticky note fiend. As a recent graduate of the University of South Florida, Stephanie is ecstatic to begin her advertising career at CM&M. As an Account Coordinator in the stress-inducing world of recruiting, Stephanie enjoys juggling many ads at once and always keeping busy. She doesn’t mind stress and actually welcomes it with open arms-“it gets me pumped!”. When she’s not working feverishly to meet deadlines or hunting-down the newspapers, you can find her offering the must-have afternoon chocolates, or trying to be the office comedian. Need a position filled ASAP? Bring it on!
An avid golfer, Jean enjoys spending her free time in a variety of ways – whether it’s taking in the great outdoors, playing with her niece and nephew, or watching her favorite hockey team – the Detroit Red Wings. And for all you dog fans out there, she thinks cats make the best pets! Prior to joining the Caldwell team, Jean put her graphic design expertise to great use in positions with the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith as well as a nationally known paper products company that catered to Hobby Lobby, Michael’s, Wal-Mart, Office Depot and Target. She still gets a kick out of seeing her packaging designs in stores. As a designer for Caldwell, Jean is always looking for new ways to represent our clients, and she enjoys sharing “office space” (one of her favorite movies) with a pretty cool creative team!
Artist, designer, book lover, homebody. Laura loves creativity in everything she
does--favoring books, music, movies and art that are a bit wacky, unconventional
and unique. To be able to avoid the starving-artist route and yet still be creative
in her job every day, she earned a BFA in graphic design and illustration and has
been working in the field ever since. At Caldwell, her creativity and design skills
are valued in the team, and she's never afraid to try something new. She feels
incredibly lucky to be able to have such a creative job, but still worries there's
not enough time for everything she wants to draw, paint, read, experience and do.
